Anastasios Nyfadopoulos Greek, b. 1992
I look down, with the whole of the sky on my back, and find the frozen waters staring up at me. Every smile, every frown, every bite I’ve ever taken out of an apple during a stroll immortalized a ripple a time, making way for a silhouette, emerging golden, that can only be mine.
I look in front of me, and all I care to observe is you.
I wonder.
I look into the mirror in front of me and find ripples staring back up at me.
I wonder, if I wondered less.
